Job Description:

As a Senior Design Specialist, you will be responsible for developing strategic design concepts and delivering high-impact visuals that align with the brand's objectives. You’ll work across various formats including websites, advertising, product packaging, corporate identity, exhibitions, and more.

This role demands both creative vision and technical precision. You will play a key role in enhancing the group marketing division’s long-term goals through engaging design solutions that shape the visual identity of numerous brands and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create innovative and visually engaging designs for multiple platforms and media.

• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to meet business objectives.

• Choose appropriate styles and media that align with each project’s goals.

• Develop brand-aligned materials including catalogs, posters, packaging, digital ads, and corporate communication pieces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3-4 years in a multinational company or leading advertising agency.

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, Flash, CorelDRAW, Microsoft editing tools, and web design software.

• Proficient in design techniques, technical illustration, and blueprinting.

• Strong English communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Exceptional attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Must be able to handle feedback constructively and bring ideas to life with digital illustration tools.
