Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in, check-out, and transfers

• Offer reliable information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

• Ensure lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable

• Work closely with the front desk team to ensure a seamless guest experience

• Promptly address guest queries and special requests with professionalism

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel

• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance

• Strong focus on guest satisfaction and customer service

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

• Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

• Physically capable of lifting and moving luggage safely
