Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests professionally.

• Take orders and serve food/beverages.

• Process cash, credit, and debit payments.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and change.

• Maintain transaction records and balance cash registers.

• Ensure cleanliness of tables and work areas.

• Address guest inquiries/complaints efficiently.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff for order accuracy.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience (preference for Qatar/GCC experience).

• Attractive personality with strong numerical and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to work in fast-paced environments.

• Excellent customer service skills.
