Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in, check-out, and transfers
Offer reliable information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Ensure lobby and entrance areas are clean and presentable
Work closely with the front desk team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Promptly address guest queries and special requests with professionalism
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel
Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
Strong focus on guest satisfaction and customer service
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
Physically capable of lifting and moving luggage safely
