Collaborate closely with the Kitchen, Stewarding, and Outlet Cashiers to ensure smooth operations
Conduct regular training sessions aligned with departmental SOPs
Manage duty schedules and ensure proper grooming and appearance of team members
Oversee timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet according to service hours
Welcome and seat guests personally or through the hostess
Maintain professional and friendly relationships with patrons
Stay informed about menus, promotions, and other outlet-related updates
Help achieve and maximize monthly revenue targets
Diploma or degree in hospitality with up to 2 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in written and spoken English; familiarity with Micros systems preferred
Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong advantage
Outgoing, well-groomed, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Strong teamwork, adaptability, and result-driven attitude
