Perform scheduled services and repairs as per dealership standards.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and technical vehicle issues.
Report additional repairs required with cost estimates.
Maintain all tools, equipment, and workspace in line with safety and quality standards.
Conduct thorough final inspections post-service.
Ensure zero repeat repairs and meet daily productivity targets.
Participate in training programs and obtain necessary certifications.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols, particularly while handling fuel systems.
ITI/Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical/Automobile.
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a dealership setting.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure environments and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
