As a Tailor at Qatar Duty Free, you will handle alterations, repairs, and fittings—ensuring every garment meets high standards of precision and customer satisfaction.
Deliver personalized tailoring with exceptional guest care.
Alter, sew, repair, and assemble garments per customer needs.
Create and adjust garment patterns and fabrics.
Conduct fittings and mark garments for alteration.
Sew buttons, buttonholes, and perform garment finishing.
Press and prepare garments for customer delivery.
Maintain sewing tools and a clean workspace.
Monitor tailoring material stock and coordinate with the Customer Service Manager for resupply.
Support departmental duties as directed by the Head of Department.
Basic literacy and numeracy
Proficient in English
No prior experience required (entry-level welcome)
Retail or customer service experience is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic computer and product knowledge
Friendly and professional demeanor
